1/13 voting members present = 84%, so quorum requirements are met. 

- Membership Notes:  Cherie loses voting rights. Dennis gains voting
rights.

- Posted agenda is approved.

- Minutes of October 29th are approved

- Rob noted that the SC34 has requested
that ISO make IS 26300:2006/Amd.1 "freely available"

- Discussion of https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3740

Several possibilities discussed including:

1. change ODF 1.2 via Errata process
to make attribute optional

2. Change in ODF 1.3 to make attribute
optional

3. OIC interop advisisory

4. Leave as-is -- implementations prioritize
interop versus conformance

5. ODF 1.2 errata -- add informational
note

6. ODF 1.2 errata or ODF 1.3, with different
attribute name
