Subject: RE: 2013-01-20 Report on ODF 1.1 Errata 01 - UPDATE
In reference to the items in the original message, below, I have this to report:
1. There continues to be no feedback on ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD05.
2. I have received the new templates and my in-progress versions for ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD06 are now using the templates.
3. I will discuss the remaining unresolved issues in a separate note.
4. These 3 issues have been resolved as proposed after the discussion on 2013-01-21 and no further discussion.
5. I have also marked the additional issue as resolved, although it might be desirable to make the comments about other text in the same section into a new JIRA issue.

1. There has been no feedback on ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD05 so far. I am hoping that WG6 will verify the changes made to WD04 items based on review there.
2. Chet Ensign and I will work out the template and boilerplate document to use for WD06 this week. The idea is to use a form that will satisfy the OASIS Production process and be a potential candidate for CSD01. (Errata follow the Committee Specification track.)
3. At the ODF TC, there are JIRA issues to review and provide concurrence on (unanimous consent being a possibility). The list of all issues is in a catalog issue, OFFICE-3514:

4. I have marked three issues with "REVIEW-REQUESTED" in their titles. I request that these be reviewed between the 2013-01-21 meeting and the subsequent 2013-02-04 meeting:

The documents that make up ODF 1.1 Errata 01 Working Draft 05 (WD05) are now available on the OASIS site.
The technical content of these documents is considered to be stable and worthy of careful review. There is significant editorial material yet to be provided.
NEXT STEPS:
I will be working on the completion of editorial material and alignment with the current format requirements for preparation of WD06 in a form acceptable for balloting as a Committee Specification Draft.
While work on WD06 is moving ahead, this is a great time for review of the technical content and assure its correctness and validity ahead of any public review.
REVIEW OPPORTUNITIES
1. Review the JIRA issues that are reflected in ODF 1.1 Errata 01 and that are *not* sourced from ODF 1.0 Errata 01 and 02. A catalog of all of those new JIRA issues is provided in the single issue OFFICE-3514 at <https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3514>. This review may be more convenient to carry out in conjunction with review of (2.1, below).
2. Review the technical sections of ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD05. The document is available in both ODT and PDF format at <https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=47811>.
2.1 The table of errata items is in Section 2, ordered by ODF 1.1 section and sub-section. When there is a JIRA issue associated with an item, the JIRA issue number and a link are provided.
2.2 For those who have previously reviewed ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD04, the WD05 Appendix E tabulates all of the changes that have been made to arrive at WD05.
2.3 There are new JIRA issues and Errata items that have arisen since the IS 26300:2006 COR1, COR2, and AMD1. Many of these are the result of the careful review at WG6 to check alignment between ODF 1.1 with Errata 01 and IS 26300:2006 with all of the changes for alignment. In some cases, there are corrections to previous changes. WD05 Appendix C tabulates all of the additional changes necessary to align IS 26300:2006 and IS 26300:2006 beyond the changes with COR1, COR2, and AMD1.
3. Review the mock-change-tracked edition of ODF 1.1, identified as ODF v1.1 Mocked Errata 01 WD05. That document is available in both ODT and PDF format at <https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=47809>. This document should accurately reflect the change instructions in section 2 of the ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD05.
