Where do I find a description of the meaning of these luminance values?
That was my other comment https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office-comment/201303/msg00001.html
I think, it has not got an issue yet. How are they intended to change the colour values of the image? In Apache OpenOffice it is the method Bitmap::Adjust in http://opengrok.adfinis-sygroup.org/source/xref/aoo-trunk/main/vcl/source/gdi/bitmap3.cxx It is mixed with the other filters. I have not extracted the part which belongs to luminance.
The header file http://opengrok.adfinis-sygroup.org/source/xref/aoo-trunk/main/vcl/inc/vcl/bitmapex.hxx or the API at http://www.openoffice.org/api/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/drawing/GraphicObjectShape.html
have not more informations.I've got a hint to "CIColorControls" in https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/graphicsimaging/reference/CoreImageFilterReference/Reference/reference.html But I had not time enough to look, whether this matches the way AOO calculates.
Kind regards Regina

The file has been written by Apache OpenOffice. It contains an embedded .png picture with +15%, -15%, +30%, and -30% luminance filter applied. Kind regards Regina
