Patrick triggered parallel process in SC34, leading to issue of N1938  Defect
Report on ISO/IEC 26300:2006 (as corrected) and ISO/IEC 26300/Amd.1:2012

- SC34 Plenary for Delft is in early September.
 Rob will draft a liaison report and circulate.

- We're also having a "special majority"
ballot to send ODF 1.2 to JTC1 per OASIS policy.
