Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-3854) [graphic-properties] Proposal: different relative size relations

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3854?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=41443#comment-41443 ]

Regina Henschel commented on OFFICE-3854:

> Camilla Boemann: How about just width-rel and height-rel.

That is easily to be confused with the existing <style:rel-width> and <style:rel-height>. If you do not like that there are two "rel" in rel-width-rel, perhaps rel-width-base is better?

> Camilla Boemann: Apart from that I also think we need to be really careful about the values. And be absolute certain the meaning is exactly as we want it. for example layout-environment is afaik never the same as a paragraph, but rather a text box or table cell or header or footer or page, so is this really what you were asking for?

I agree with you, that "layout-environment" is not precise enough. It does not consider sections, not page or section columns, and it does not consider what CSS2.1 calls "content area" in its box model, 8.1 Box dimensions, http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/box.html.
