ODF 1.3 issue triaging status

hi all,

since i won't be able to attend the next meeting, a quick status update:

1. all open issues with a ODF-1.3 target should now have some component
assigned to them, so if you always wanted to work on e.g. "Table" issues
and there weren't any interesting ones, look again :)

2. i've resolved and closed the following issues as duplicates:

OFFICE-2003 OFFICE-2570 OFFICE-2581 OFFICE-3773 OFFICE-3681 OFFICE-354

[unfortunately the JIRA we use is a rather primitive tracker and does
not automatically add anything to the issue that is the "target" of a
duplicate resolution, so this is only visible when looking at the
resolved issue itself...]

3. i propose to close OFFICE-2182 with "No Action" because if some
applications use confusing terminology in their UI, that's not this TC's
problem to solve.

4. one question i have is: we have 89 issues in status OPEN and 158 in
status NEW; does anybody know what the difference is between OPEN and
NEW in our workflow?
