below you find the meeting minutes from our last TC call. 
Please provide feedback regarding errors, missing pieces, ... - especially
if you disagree with the assignment of the action items. Thx in advance.

1. Dial-In, Roll Call, Determination of Quorum and Voting Rights

Voting Members are indicated with a + before their name 

7/10 voting members present = 70%, so quorum requirements were met 

Péter Rakyta got voting rights after this TC meeting.

2. Motion (simple majority): Approve the
Agenda 
- Agenda approved by unanimous consent 

3. Motion (simple majority): Approve the Minutes from August 18th meeting

4.  ODF Maintenance Update (ODF 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, Errata, PAS Submission,
etc.) 
- the PAS submission has ended, but no results are available (when the
TC meeting took place)


5.  ODF 1.3 

a. Change Tracking
- Oliver reported from last Collab SC call

- Patrick reported from personal discussions
with Svante - Oliver recommended to document these on the mailing list
(or another SC resource)
- Next Collab SC call on 2014-09-24 has been
canceled.

b. Reports on the work regarding new specification drafts and corresponding
action items 
- Oliver reported that he has searched the
mail archive for further information for JIRA issues OFFICE-2103, OFFICE-2108
and OFFICE-2095, but did not found anything - see corresponding issue comments
- Regina reported that her work on JIRA issue
OFFICE-3854 is ongoing
- Patrick reported that his is working with
OASIS administration regarding layout and colors of the specification documents.

c. New JIRA issues since last TC call
