some comments from Eike Rathke:

- not aware of any implementation that does something different than described in "semantics" (R1C1) if A1=FALSE()
- problem is, the R1C1 style is not specified in ODFF, but from a common understanding generators should follow the convention
- IMHO it can't be a requirement because the next problem would be which separator to use if a sheet name was given, and then how INDIRECT should treat that ... etc.
