Hi Patrick,

I have some comments on the voting rights.

Is

correct (besides the fact, that 2015-08-03 is marked as 'counts toward 
voter eligibility')?

Then I get that Thomas O'Reilly has attended 2015-09-14 and 2015-09-28 
and therefore gets voting right after that, so that he has still voting 
rights at 2015-10-12 and 2015-10-26 and 2015-11-09.

For 2015-11-09 I get voting members = 9 (Oliver, Jos, Andras, Michael, 
Thomas, Regina, Andreas, Patrick, Thorsten) and attended voting members 
= 6 (Andras, Michael, Regina, Andreas, Patrick, Thorsten). That makes 6 
out of 9 - 66,7%

For 2015-10-26 I get voting members = 10 (Oliver, Jos, Andras, Michael, 
Chris, Thomas, Regina, Andreas, Patrick, Thorsten) and attended voting 
members (Jos, Andras, Michael,Thomas, Regina, Patrick). That makes 6 out 
of 10 - 60%

Péter Rakyta has missed the meetings 2015-09-28 and 2015-09-14 and 
therefore has no voting rights at 2015-10-12.
For 2015-10-12 I get voting members = 10 (Oliver, Jos, Andras, Michael, 
Chris, Thomas, Regina, Andreas, Patrick, Thorsten) and attended voting 
members (Oliver, Jos, Michael, Regina, Andreas, Patrick, Thorsten). That 
makes 7 out of 10 - 70%

For 2015-09-28 I get, that Chris Rae has voting rights. That makes 8 out 
of 8 - 100%

For 2015-09-14 I get, that Thorsten has no voting rights, and Chris Rae 
has voting rights. The summary of 5 out of 8 remains.
