I'm stumped on it. The issue history shows that the 'ODF 1.3 CSD 01' tag 
is not actually on the issue. I also see the "Archived Fix Version/s" 
name and cannot remove 'ODF 1.3 CSD 01' either.

Perhaps the Jira admin can help.
