OFFICE-2119 date axis, here: integrate date axis into section 19.15.1 chart:class

Hi members,

I have started to work on the integration of the date axis into the 
chart descriptions in section 19.15.1. I have attached an intermediate 
state. It contains a lot of remarks and questions in sections with 
yellow background. The entire work will surely not be finished till 
Monday. But have a look at it now please and communicate your concerns 
before I continue the work.
