OFFICE 3844 Semantics to function IF

Hi all,

in the meantime LibreOffice has implemented empty and missing parameters.

Find all mentioned cases in the attached spreadsheet.

Gnumeric seems to work the same as LibreOffice. Excel too, only that it 
does not allow to enter the case =IF(condition).
