Updated ODF Teleconference Agenda for 5 March 2018

Greetings!

Michael Stahl has requested an amendment of today's agenda. Without
re-issuing all the boilerplate, the updated issues list is as follows:

5. Issues for Mar. 5, 2018:

a. Schedule for ODF 1.3 - Not a decision point but free discussion prior to making a decision. We have, if my selection is correct, 116 resolved issues that I have yet to apply to a draft. Tasks expand to fit the time alloted so setting goal dates and progress points are vital to the ODF project reaching 1.3. As I suggest, not a decision point but we should start putting stakes in the ground for target dates.

c. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3841 The color mode "Watermark" makes images pale, not transparent 

d. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3845 Unclear if tabulator positions are being inherited among styles

e. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3846 Use @text:relative-tab-stop-position as well for style:tabs-stops instead of using settings.xml flag

f. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3946 https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3946

g. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3789 Proposal: special header/footer style on first page (at Thorsten's request)
