spreadsheet (was discussed 2 Oct 2017)
Patrick: Andreas will try to review LINEST, https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3948, for next week.
Patrick: Andreas, what is strange is the introduction of matrices but then not used, a weird way of writing it anyway.
Patrick: otherwise, agenda approved.
Patrick: (fill character)value(fill character), (fill character)symbol(fill character)value(fill character), (fill character)symbol(fill character)value pt1(fill character)value pt2(fill character) - fill character can appear between any two elements but not in a value.
Patrick: Regina: data styles have conditions and each data style can have its own data:fill-character
Patrick: Andreas - no problem for interchange as only the last character is used.
Patrick: Micheal, any open questions on proposal?
Patrick: Proposal is not in final form for approval - should Regina's text be moved to the proposal
Patrick: The content of this element specifies a Unicode character that is displayed repeatedly at the position where the element occurs. The character specified is repeated as much times as possible, but so that the total resulting string does not exceed the given cell content area.
Patrick: as much -> as many
Patrick: The distribution of the remaining space is implementation dependent.
Patrick: A fill character may not fill all the available space in a cell. The distribution of the remaining space is implementation dependent.
Patrick: Fill characters may not fill all the available space in a cell.
Regina Henschel: And remove the part: There are three possible ... filled with the character specified.
Patrick: Patrick - edit the proposal field to reflect our agreement on the proposal as per Regina and Michael - for approval next week.
Patrick: Question for Regina - should the default value of style:contextual-spacing be false?
Patrick: Yes, should be false.
Patrick: Keep from the proposal: "The default value for this attribute is false." + Regina's proposal.
Patrick: Both paragraphs have got the attribute style:contextual-spacing="true" -> The style:contextual-spacing attribute of the adjoining paragraphs has the value "true."
Patrick: ok, so "The style:contextual-spacing attribute of both paragraphs has the value "true."
Patrick: Office-3767 - approved
