JIRA now has WikiRenderer enabled

hi all,

i haven't read anything about this, but it looks like jira.oasis.org has the WikiRenderer enabled now.

for example the proposal in OFFICE-3765 had a schema in it that was displayed as a bulleted list now...

the WikiRenderer is documented to have "{noformat}" and "{code}" directives that should allow whitespace preserving display, and at least the first seems to be working fine, as you can see now in OFFICE-3765.

so this should make things more convenient in the long run, even if existing issues may be displayed oddly now.
