LibreOffice writes fo:language, fo:country, style:language-asian, style:country-asian, style:language-complex and style:country-complex together into the style:text-properties element of the style:default-style. Therefore for LibreOffice it is not possible to use fo:language instead of style:language-asian or style:language-complex, and it is not possible to use fo:country instead of style:country-asian or style:country-complex.

Word 365 too writes these six attributes together in the style:default-style element.
