My mail was against CD 07. In the final ODF 1.2Â "Errors are not propagated" comments have been added to ISERR, ISERROR and ISNA. For the remaining functions I propose as addition to the part Semantics:

ISBLANK:
Errors are not propagated, but ISBLANK returns FALSE in those cases.

ISFORMULA:
Errors are not propagated.

ISLOGICAL:
Errors are not propagated, ISLOGICAL returns FALSE in those cases.

ISNUMBER:
Errors are not propagated, ISNUMBER returns FALSE in those cases.

ISNONTEXT:
Errors are not propagated, ISNONTEXT returns TRUE in those cases.

ISTEXT:
Errors are not propagated, ISTEXT returns FALSE in those cases.

ISREF:
Errors are not propagated.

This is the behavior of LibreOffice. Please examine other applications to make sure the behavior is uniform.

Are these additions suitable for an errata?

The additions should be added to ODF1.4. Adding to ODF1.3 only, if that does not affect the time frame for ODF1.3.
