Patrick: Question: "Even negative values are allowed in OOXML." What is the impact of a negative value? I ask because for interoperability is it said 0 is sufficient.

Patrick: Regina says impact of negative value is unknown

Patrick: Use of negative numbers is to allow title page and contents without page number - and then to start page numbers

Patrick: PowerPoint UI allows negative values (Alfred)

Patrick: Use integer in schema? Alfred and Regina - ok

Patrick: integer is derived from decimal by fixing the value of fractionDigits to be 0and disallowing the trailing decimal point. This results in the standard mathematical concept of the integer numbers. The value space of integer is the infinite set {...,-2,-1,0,1,2,...}. The base type of integer is decimal.

Patrick: Correction: PowerPoint UI allows negative values (Alfred) -> to PowerPoint UI does not allow negative values

Patrick: Changed solution to Integer and set issue to ODF 1.4 Resolved
