Patrick: Regina sees a problem with a default value - can be defined by style:leader-type or style:leader-style - a default one could conflict with the other. - if no default- clear that style:leader-style is used when style:leader-type is missing
Patrick: Andreas points out that style:leader-type is none, single, doubt but doesn't specify style, which is in style:leader-style.
