Patrick: Regina - Office-2737 is an improvement and need not be in any
errata
Patrick: roughly 47 are called out as implementation-dependent but
anyone can find those by searching. The harder issue is implied to be
implementation dependent.
Patrick: Regina - can make a file in LO which words you want to have in
the index - then generates an index with those words - not sure if you
can use the heading instead - or to make index entries for all these words
Patrick: Or apply a style to it to create an index from style
Patrick: Michael, should or may may be clues to implementation dependent
since it could be either way - lots of implicit implementation defined
values
