i've reviewed various things (like OFFICE-3943 which i missed before) and in summary all the issues in Appendix H of part3 are now reviewed either by myself or Regina.

then i reviewed the schema changes for part3 too.

reopened: OFFICE-2102 OFFICE-3662 OFFICE-2002

OFFICE-2127 was a bit confusing: apparently the somewhat-implicit resolution is applied in 16.29.2<number:number-style> but there is no mention of it in Appendix H

OFFICE-3428 is a mystery - it is somehow APPLIED and ODF 1.3, but contains no proposal, just vague outlines of an idea.

OFFICE-389 and OFFICE-386 are similar mysteries.
