The set of styles in the documents of ODF 1.3 is a clutter of desired styles, styles which were defined but never used, styles which are outdated, styles which come in from foreign documents. And the styles themselves and their use is not uniform in the various documents.

As first step to solve this, a collection of those styles is needed, which are uses in scripts, for example scripts to introduce document internal links.
