for a long time.
Patrick: Regina - defer to next week - so she can ask on developer list
Patrick: Defer Office-3741 to April 6, 2020 - and check the sample
document for behavior if attribute is removed.

Patrick: Regina says LO has this in an extended namespace - used in
draw:page
Patrick: Francis suggests we should look for all places where this may
be needed
Patrick: if added to schema, what of <office:annotation-end> which
encompasses content that spans elements?
Patrick: Suggest:

1) change schema to allow office:annotation in draw:page - plus text as
required

2) New JIRA issue for finding other places where office:annotation
should be allowed

3) New Jira issue on allowing office:annotation-end for draw:page or
other locations
Patrick: Michael suggests that ordering of multiple images would be an
issue for office:annotation-end. for draw:page - if you have four shapes
- can't exclude the second one?
Patrick: What about matching office:name attribute?
Patrick: arbitrary combination of shapes would not be possible (Michael)
Patrick: Regina can see annotation as part of a group
Patrick: resolved by changing schema to allow <office:annotation> in
<draw:page> and text as necessary.
Patrick: Open new JIRA issue for other places that may need
<office:annotation>

Patrick: contrast offset -50 and luminance +50 wash-out -
draw:contrast="-70%" and draw:luminance="100%". These are applied
cumulatively.
Patrick: Regina - is this a start on the formula?
Patrick: use reduce contrast offset -50 and luminance increase to +50
instead of saying pale
Patrick: exchange transparent with offset and luminance -
Patrick: if Calligra wants an overlay, need a new attribute (Regina)
Patrick: Defer Office-3841 to April 6, 2020
