TC process question - error in schema

Chet,

I have been negligent in not asking sooner but we have an error in the
manifest RNG file as detailed by:

https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4046

It really needs to be fixed, quickly, before we proceed beyond CS.

What is the quickest way to reach that outcome? It is clearly
topographical in nature and I'm inclined to just replace the file.
