Actually, in Chrome on my Windows PC the namespace URIs in Part 3 1.5 Tables 1â6 are all displayed as plain text, not as hyperlinks. So possibly a browser issue?
This is what the cell in Table 2, row 2, col 3 contains:

So thereâs no hyperlink there.

I don't know that we are required to prevent their interpretation as hyperlinks but we should not be writing them as hyperlinks, yes?
I wonder, ..., I have created a test file, attached, that show when written as plain text, a hyperlink remains just text. Tested only with Mozilla and Chrome on Debian.

It's a valid namespace in RelaxNG but should it be rendered as a hyperlink?
Thoughts?
