Patrick realized during his work on visualizing the changes from ODF 1.2 to ODF 1.3 that in the schema part this issue still (or again) appears. We agreed on our last TC meeting: [https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/202010/msg00007.html]

To fix this regression on our way to release ODF 1.3 CS02.
