Michael Stahl:
Patrick: minutes of October 5, 2020 - approved by consent
Patrick: 4. Motion with recorded vote:

Do members of the TC approve requesting that TC Administration initiate
a Special Majority Vote to approve OpenDocument v1.3 contained in
as a Committee Specification? The TC affirms that changes have been made
since the last public review. The changes made are documented in
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/odf-tc/pull/30Â; . The TC judges these
changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the
OASIS TC Process
Patrick: Francis - yes
Patrick: Patrick - yes
Patrick: Andreas yes
Patrick: Alfred - yes
Patrick: Regina - yes
Patrick: Rich - yes
Patrick: Svante - yes
Patrick: Michael - yes
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4096
Patrick: Regina has posted the correction for the matrix
Michael Stahl:
Patrick: Svante - Editorial issue -
Patrick: Francis - great example of not defining common knowledge
Patrick: Office-4096 resolved as per Regina's corrections in the
JIRA-issue, marked as editorial and resolved.
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3955
Patrick: there are other attributes that lack declared defaults -
editors to produce a list of same for investigation of application
behavior before declaring defaults in ODF 1.4 -
Patrick: So entered in the JIRA issue
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3949
Svante Schubert:
Patrick: Regina - need to open it and take time to see what applications
are doing
Regina Henschel: KnownX: The set of x-values for the equation. If
omitted or an empty parameter, it is set to the sequence 1,2,3,,k ,
where k = ROWS(KnownY)Â COLUMNS(KnownY).
Svante Schubert: Andreas - of course it is an array not a sequence
Patrick: Opened - Office-3949 - set to ODF 1.4
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3944
Patrick: set to ODF 1.4 - already implemented in LO -
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3926
Patrick: Open and set to ODF 1.4 - Office-3926 -
Patrick: Andreas - good to look at it but not sure of the problem
Patrick: Andreas - is there a more general issue - these properties may
or may not apply to an object to which the style is applied -
Patrick: Andreas - the style system is trying to separate styles from
objects - does the object of a style make a difference in its application
Patrick: Svante sees it as a wording issue instead of being the deeper
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3747
Patrick: as per TC - opened and set to ODF-Later
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3689
Patrick: Closed as per 19 Oct. 2020
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3688
Patrick: Andreas - most applications have test cases - could just
collect a bunch of them
Patrick: Regina - would likely follow MS Office - instead of WebGL -
should close the issue
Patrick: Michael - WebGL doesn't specify file format so not actionable
Patrick: close Office-3688
Patrick: adjourned
