With regard to EasterSunday, Gnumeric has a function with description "Easter Sunday in the Gregorian calendar according to the Roman rite of the Christian Church." This appears to provide the same value as the LibreOffice implementation except that Gnumeric implementation allows year values from 1582 to 9956 inclusive of 1582.

If we decide to go with a "holiday" implementation I think we should have a separate country argument so that the holiday name argument can at least match the name of the holiday in the relevant country.
