I have discussed a potential best practice shortly with Regina and added this editorial issue to our editorialÂtypo-collection issue:

In addition, I have the labels "editorial", "ODF 1.3" and "ODF 1.4" as the typos should be mentioned in a "known-issue" documentÂfor ODF 1.3 and be fixed in the upcoming ODF 1.4 specification as well. For this reason, I have added two checkboxes on every comment: One for ODF 1.3 and one for ODF 1.4

The two instances of "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.3" in section 2.2.1 D.3 are clearly typos. They appear to have been introduced in WD13 of Part 3 Schema in December 2018. Patrick and I were working through a whole load of editorial fixes at that time, and Iâve found a note that I initially suggested changing â1.2â to â1.3â, but then queried whether this was the right thing to do. Clearly the change was made and wasnât reviewed or spotted subsequently.

or text:formula attribute value begins with a namespace prefix bound to namespace

"urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.3," the syntax and semantics of the attribute

value portions that are expressions determined by the prefix shall conform to Part4 of this

specification. If a style:condition, table:condition, table:_expression_,

table:formula or text:formula attribute value has no namespace prefix, the attribute

value portions that are expressions determined by a prefix shall conform as if there were a

prefix bound to namespace "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.3".

And it looks like LO writes out "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.2" in styles.xml

Should âurn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.3â in D.3) in section 2.2.1 really be "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.2"?
