******

Patrick: quorum
Patrick: agenda approved by consent
Patrick: minutes of 8 February 2021 - approved by consent
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3947
Patrick: Regina has uploaded a new proposal but go through the issues
Patrick: 1.a too wide data type
Patrick: in schema - make a choice - order with color -
Patrick: list in the schema - can that constain the ordering of values
in a list (Francis)
Patrick: ?
Patrick: only question is constraint in schema
Patrick: back to 1.c Color Definition - Regina - keep as RGB - Use
existing draw:shadow opacity for transparency -
Patrick: allow draw:shadow-opacity everywhere style:shadow is allowed
Patrick: currentColor in CSS
Patrick: either make color mandatory - or default value
Patrick: Regina - says mandatory
Patrick: make color mandatory - by consent
Patrick: 1.d offset to shadow - Regina sees no problem
Patrick: matter of import/export filters
Patrick: Alfred - does making color mandatory make it a backwards
incompatible?
Patrick: Regina says applications will have written the color - already
so mandatory won't break
Patrick: Frances - breaking change in a schema sense, but implementers
will have included color
Patrick: Alfred - most 1.3 changes were optional
Patrick: if text in older than 1.4, no color specified, then black has
to be used ->
Michael Stahl: currently LibreOffice doesn't write color into
fo:text-shadow (but always does for style:shadow)
Patrick: text-shadow - for characters - style:shadow -
Patrick: do we want different shapes for these two?
Svante Schubert: If some other ODF application uses the color for
style:shadow, LibreOffice would only not implement the color and the
information won't get lost.
Svante Schubert: Regina: Word already writes it
Svante Schubert: So it is just a missing ODF feature for LO and we
should keep the color
Svante Schubert: Michael: Agrees
Patrick: transformations - if we want this, do as a separate attribute later
Svante Schubert: Regina: Transformation should be kept out and might be
added later as separate attributre later (not inside the string)
Svante Schubert: I agree!
Patrick: Next time: Office-3833
Patrick: correct to Office-3843
