Hi, I have made some tests with Excel, LibreOffice and Google Docs:

E Excel

*Text Color*

*Cell Background Color*

Cell background is not possible as number format.
Character or paragraph background is not possible.

Google Docs has no cell style, but only direct format.

That fact, that LibreOffice does not consider text color and cell color, which are set by conditional formatting, is considered as bugs 142579 and 142580.

Are there other applications, which have the feature to filter on text color or cell color?
SoftMaker and Apache OpenOffice do not have this feature.
