Update of OFFICE-4105 Additional gutter space for binding

Hi Patrick, hi all,

I have updated the proposal in OFFICE-4105.

The issue was last discussed in the meeting 2021-03-29. There have been 
concerns in that meeting, to introduce an additional space. I have 
discussed the problem with the developer and he agreed to change the 
implementation so, that it does not introduce an additional space, but 
the new attribute represents a distance information.

Find the changed proposal as ProposalGutter_20210615.odt attached to the 
issue.
