Patrick: currently can only say how many levels, not which levels to display

Patrick: Michael - separated by period, Regina but that's LO implementation

Patrick: specify separator, if any, for omitted levels?

Patrick: prefix number suffix - all belong to level style - prefix and suffix from level 2, for example.

Patrick: In ODF 1.1 - there is a period as a separator - in an example in 1.1 Not a prefix or a suffix

Michael Stahl: ODF 1.1, 14.10.2 Number Level Style, Example:

Michael Stahl: text:display-number: 1 => 1 ; 2 => 1.2 ; 3 => 1.2.3

Patrick: Regina says separators can be defined by prefix or suffix values

Patrick: display both separators if list styles on both levels

Patrick: Andreas - can display no number at all - a way to skip levels

Patrick: Regina will write some samples manually - and then we can look to see what existing applications do with it. Michael as well.
