Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-4100) style:rel-height is applies only within frames - need broader applicability.

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4100?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=79851#comment-79851 ]

Regina Henschel commented on OFFICE-4100:
-----------------------------------------

I have attached two files. "Problems.odt" contains a collection of problems, which I think need to be solved, before we can work on OASIS-3854. The latter is about adding a new attribute, which is related to the here discussed attributes style:rel-width and style:rel-height.
The second file was created by Word 365 and contains a situation where Word 365 has written style:rel-width="scale" and style:rel-height="scale". But I do not understand how it fits to the specification.
