The transition of LibreOffice to ODF 1.3 is finished

good news everyone:

we have finally been able to blog to announce that some time in March 
this year we added an implementation of the missing features that are 
new in ODF 1.3 to LibreOffice - this is all shipping in the 7.2 release.

PS: for the sake of completeness i should point out that unfortunately 
LibreOffice doesn't implement every ODF 1.2 feature yet...
