Notes from the ODF TC Teleconference on 20 September 2021 follow below.

Patrick: agenda - approved by consent

Patrick: minutes 13 Sept 2021 - approved by consent

Patrick: 4. - Michael - so far - no conforming implementations in existence - tried two others - Caligra - did not care about the order of the attribute - until now only have applications that don't care or that don't do what the standard says.

Patrick: Michael - doesn't say what order it handles the order of the attributes -

Patrick: Andreas - if I read a document and read the values - and can't display correctly - Michael tried both orders with no difference in display

Patrick: oX documents - OpenExchange - can be 1 hour free on the website

Patrick: Michael - have a real problem - implementations did it the opposite way - hypothetical problem that some applications may exist that do it like the standard says

Patrick: And the opposite way is the most common way

Patrick: don't remember reversing the standard previously

Patrick: Regina - in very early stage for ODF 1.4 - if complaints on this change - could still act on such a complaint

Patrick: Andreas - should not be ODF 1.4 if we introduce a breaking change - say ODF 2.0 if a breaking change

Regina Henschel: Alternative: exchange order as errata in ODF 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3

Patrick: Regina thinks errata would work, as does Michael

Patrick: Andreas - avoids breaking change -

Patrick: Regina - ask the producer and/or if test, add a comment to the issue

Patrick: Task on TC to review these (and any other discovered ODF applications) for this issue and their handling of value order

Patrick: draw markers for the draw:enhanced-path of a custom shape

Patrick: Regina has gotten no response on how to draw such markerts

Patrick: Regina to create an issue for proper tracking

Andreas: I need to leave, sorry.

Alfred Hellstern: mail thread with MS experts still ongoing, nothing definitve to report as of yet
