Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-4110) 19.179 draw:handle-position has wrong parameter order in case of polar handle-position
[ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4110?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=79951#comment-79951 ] Regina Henschel commented on OFFICE-4110: ----------------------------------------- I have tried to get some information about "JUST Office" provided be justsystems.com. The description on https://www.justsystems.com/jp/products/justfocus/advantage/ lists indeed loading and saving of OpenDocument (ODP). They offer a trial period on https://www.justsystems.com/jp/forms/justoffice/jo_trial.html But the kind of information they request and what they do with the information is not acceptable for me. I do not find a way to contact them per email. There exists an affiliated company in Canada JustSystems Canada, Inc. 3220-666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8 Canada Perhaps contact with them is easier. Something for Andreas? > 19.179 draw:handle-position has wrong parameter order in case of polar handle-position > -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: OFFICE-4110 > URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4110 > Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: Graphics > Reporter: Regina Henschel > Priority: Major > Attachments: ThalesFullPolar.odp, ThalesFullPolarSwapped.odp > > > Section 19.179 draw:handle-position (below table 13) states > "If the draw:handle-polar attribute is set, then a handle is a polar handle and the first parameter of the draw:handle-position attribute specifies the angle (as defined in 18.3.1), the handle radius is specified by the second parameter." > But applications LibreOffice and MS Office use is the other way round. > Google Presentation and SoftMaker do not support non-primitive custom shapes. > Scribus does not support handle, but renders the saved status same as MS Office and LibreOffice. > Because there is no application, that has implemented it as specified, I suggest to treat is as editorial error. Or do you know any application? Attached is a document with shape with polar handle. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.3#803004)
