Patrick: Andreas - this is what Gnumeric does at present

Patrick: Regina - have an issue for LO on this calculation but number format returns this answer

Patrick: This returns an integer, without a fractional part.

Andreas: "Extract from T the second value, 0 through 59, as per a clock, after first rounding to the nearest second. This is equal to:"

Patrick: Returns integer and not number?

Patrick: all should return integer

Patrick: Andreas - will make changes and remail the file

Patrick: revised proposal by Andreas - 12:36 EST

Patrick: Svante - discovered there are multiple kinds of rounding -

Patrick: Andreas - we use our own ROUND function, so that is defined

Patrick: Michael - use case have Western text that is rotated and goes in that direction - for page layout -

Patrick: Regina - can't express with XSL because that is language directions -

Patrick: Regina - wants 90 degree and 270 degree rotation - some users want 180 rotation

Patrick: Not writing direction - write left to right, for example, and then rotate - need to describe ourselves b/c xsl refers to language direction

Patrick: Svante jumps back to OFFICE-4094 - add ROUND into the - Andreas will send an updated version

Patrick: Back to Office-4030

Regina Henschel: OOXML has vert and vert270

Patrick: Regina - Word has only 90 and 270 -

Patrick: so we need a proposal for 90, 180, and 270

Patrick: Regina - term for these modes?

Patrick: display direction

Patrick: need to resolve the rotation of the letters - or not

Patrick: Alfred - vacation for the next two week, Germany 3 weeks after that, vacation after that.
