Notes from the ODF TC teleconference of 8 Nov. 2021 follow below.

Patrick: agenda - approved by consent

Patrick: minutes of 25 Oct. 2021 - approved by consent

Patrick: OASIS process for draft approval

Patrick: Svante - prepare documents for each JIRA issue, with the issue in the file name - for approval

Patrick: create drafts with multiple changes - tracked and the TC goes through the changes and approves each one, then the editors accept - at end of meeting, post that document and it becomes the basis for changes for the next week

Patrick: Francis suggests we can divide up the editing work so we can work in parallel on different parts -

Svante Schubert: Regina - the issue resolution than have to be clear!

Patrick: If JIRA isn't clear, come back to the TC to clarify - the language

Patrick: Francis - when we agree on a set of changes - current draft - contains tracked changes - issues we have addressed - when approved - create 2 files - one where they remain tracked changes and one where they are accepted - and need a draft where they are all tracked changes and one where they are all accepted

Patrick: Michael - work on tracked change file always - and produced accepted changes for review purposes

Patrick: Francis - when making a change in the body of the text - make the corresponding entry in the appendix

Patrick: Regina - should be able to accept changes with a filter

Patrick: 1) changes will be made against one file and subject to approval by the TC, 2) when accepted by the TC, the editors with record that change for acceptance, 3) the change tracking file will contain all changes tracked with corresponding entries in the change appendix, 4) As the change approval progresses, an accepted changes version of the master change file will be produced to focus on the remaining changes for approval. The ultimate result will be 2 files, one with a complete set of changes tracked and one with all changes, approved by the TC, accepted.

Patrick: Michael - can edit the comment on a change - right click - issue number for the change - put the issue number in the comment

Regina Henschel: Issues 3790, 3791, 3792 and 4030 are all about attribute 'writing-mode'.
Incorporate appendix E.1 ?

Patrick: Francis - a lot of the text looks normative, review for next week
