Notes from the ODF TC Teleconference on 29 November 2021 follow below.

Patrick: minutes - November 22, 2021 - approved by consent
Patrick: #4 - take offline for editors - come back to the TC if there are issues - Regina - there may be others with similar problems - For the very old ones, attachments in email need to be moved to the JIRA issues.
Patrick: #5 - Changes to Part 4 - Francis
Patrick: Four jira issues - resolutions were clearly implied - added resolutions to those fields
Patrick: Review quickly now.

Patrick: "at" being deprecated.
Patrick: Francis - should we use snapshots to display the changes as applied?

Patrick: ISLOGICAL - This function does not propagate Error values.
Patrick: ISLOGICAL - Note that this function does not propagate Error values, but returns FALSE in such cases.
Patrick: Need to cast "note that" to be actual notes
Patrick: The functions ISERR and ISERROR and ISNA have the comment, "Note that
this function does not propagate Error values." The functions ISBLANK,
ISFORMULA, ISLOGICAL, ISNONTEXT, ISNUMBER, ISREF, ISTEXT, and TYPE do
not have such a comment. They should get such a comment too. Having no
such comment leads to confusions like

Patrick: Alfred - indicate in resolution what is added
Patrick: Alfred - summarize the change to these functions -
Patrick: suggest using screen shots of changes for TC review purposes, attach to JIRA issues as well.

Patrick: Andreas - previous version returns integers
Patrick: Andreas - after rounding - just looks different
Patrick: - for next week on dates - Regina - doesn't see the problem - text to number - always a number - drop locale language -
Patrick: Francis will make that change - change text to returns the portion - day, month or year - take up next week
Patrick: Alfred - missing formatting for year from a date given - formatted in locale -
