Patrick: Question one "SI_at" doesn't need an alternative since it hasn't been there before -

Patrick: Regina - need the notes b/c implementers have used it for both

Patrick: is inconsistently vague ?

Patrick: separate row for "at" - deprecated - interpretated inconsistently as give the two values (something along these lines)

Patrick: Francis - use either "atm" or "SI_at"

Francis Cave: NOTE: "at" has been implemented inconsistently to mean either Standard atmosphere or Technical atmosphere and is now deprecated. Use either "atm" or "SI_at".

Patrick: Patrick to ask Chet about administrative privileges to delete attachments from issues

Patrick: Alfred - rounding to the nearest second affects all shorter periods

Patrick: Francis - the summaries are not very consistent - Extracts rather than return

Patrick: Regina - date in footer - update this date? -

Patrick: Yes, need to find a way to do it without change tracking

Patrick: Francis - marking text as deleted and now deleted - should deletions that weren't in the previous text be tracked?

Patrick: Regina - all changes should be against ODF 1.3

Patrick: Francis - accept changes that change what was done previous
