Deleting attachment from JIRA issue

Chet/Paul,

I uploaded a screenshot to an issue that I now want to replace with a
different screenshot.

We are trying to show changes to a table, which is hard to do in markdown.

When I "manage attachments" a pop-up says that I have to be able to
delete an issue to be able to delete an attachment?

I haven't tried to delete any issues! But I don't see an option to
delete the image.

What obvious move am I missing? If not, please increase my rights so I
can delete image attachments.
