Subject: Represent 3D shapes from OOXML in ODF ?
Hello members of the TC,if a 3D shape is read from OOXML by an import filter, it is currently not possible to store all of its properties to ODF.
Some questions: (A)Is it possible to extend ODF so that the OOXML information can be used directly? Would it make sense to extend the standard in this respect?
(B)A custom shape (10.6.1) has the attributes draw:engine (19.146) and draw:data (19.131). Would it fit to the desired purpose of these attributes, to use them to store such OOXML information?
(C) Do you have a suggestion, how to preserve the OOXML properties in ODF? Kind regards, Regina
