Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-2164) Add EASTERSUNDAY function

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-2164?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=80852#comment-80852 ]

Regina Henschel commented on OFFICE-2164:
-----------------------------------------

I suggest to exclude year 1582, because the Gregorian calendar starts in October. LibreOffice gives an error for 1582, although the calculated day would be the same as calculated by Andreas' way.

Except for 1582, the calculation suggested by Andreas gives the same days as the implementation in LibreOffice.

LibreOffice does currently not allow to omit the parameter. Is using the next easter sunday in case of omitted parameter implemented in Gnumeric? Otherwise we could think of using the year YEAR(TODAY()).

> OpenOffice.org Calc knows the EASTERSUNDAY function, this is a proposal to include that with OpenFormula.
