****************

*Patrick:* Quorum - yes

*Patrick:* Agenda - approved by consent

*Patrick:* Minutes of 27th June 2022 - approved by consent

*Patrick:* 4. Review TC edits

*Patrick:* https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/download.php/69930/odf-editing-issue-summary-16a-May-2022.txt

*Patrick:* No further issue on Office-4121 the misspelling vi -> via remains in 19.281 present text

*Patrick:* https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4122

*Patrick:* In the text: The default value for this attribute is 0%. the value shall be non-negative

*Patrick:* Should be: The default value for this attribute is 0%. The value shall be non-negative.

*Patrick:* Changes to Office-4122 approved by consent

*Patrick:* New issue: 20.147 draw:marker-end-center has the sentence 'It is the default value.' at item 'false'.
Such sentence is missing in 20.150 draw:marker-start-center. Is that intended or should we add the default value for marker-start-center too?

*Patrick:* 20.147 default value should be a separate paragraph with appropriate styling, the default value is ... and the same if default values are declared for draw:marker-start-center - Francis

*Patrick:* --separate item - sweep for correct declaration - style - for default values

*Patrick:* defaults of false for start-center and end-center

*Patrick:* agreed by consent on 20.147/150

*Patrick:* Michael - 2 and 3 missing comments - where material added to schema

*Patrick:* Regina - there is a comment for #2

*Patrick:* #3 may remain an issue - needs comment forhttps://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4105

*Patrick:* Last item in that list - all the schema names need to update to 1.4

*Patrick:* Regina - in the comment in the start of the schema - and

*Patrick:* and the file name - all the schema files

*Michael Stahl:* <rng:attribute name="office:version">
        <rng:value>1.3</rng:value>
      </rng:attribute>

*Patrick:* Michael - office version attribute needs to change as well

*Patrick:* Francis - no changes in namespace uris

*Patrick:* Francis - need Editorial sweep for dates, version numbers - in the schema files

*Patrick:* Francis - what to do about source uri s? won't be in os namespace

*Patrick:* Francis - what to do with source and latest stage - can point to current draft/status

*Patrick:* - Task - review metadata on all schemas for the working drafts, how to communicate status, version, etc.

*Patrick:* Office-3664 - Excel behavior on box-plots? Alfred

*Patrick:* Alfred - have very different ways of presenting the data, sent example to Regina

*Patrick:* Andreas - example from Regina - was multiple box plots at one time - Typically each chart has one data set - not how it is done in Excel

*Patrick:* Andreas - in gnumeric each chart has one data set - column

*Patrick:* Andreas - the title of the column is used as the label

*Patrick:* Regina - in Excel you have a data set - category value and then data - uses same category + data - to make box plots - can even mix different categories + values -

*Patrick:* the box plot is new in Excel - user reactions? Good question

*Patrick:* To put in ODF, need to do both ways - Andreas

*Patrick:* Francis - could implement neither on the basis it is an immature feature

*Patrick:* Andreas - unlikely to have an easy transposition from one to another

*Patrick:* Alfred - doubtful Excel will change its current implementation

*Patrick:* Andreas - will try to write something up for both implementation -
