Dangling cross-references in substantive text

Greetings!

I'll be adding https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4134 to 
tomorrow's agenda:

Removal of deprecated table:cell-range-address attribute within 
<chart:plot-area> element - dangling cross-references

The original fix has been applied to the schema but there are 
cross-references to the removed attribute as part of substantive text in 
two other places.

Didn't catch it until grinding back over all the issues.
