While I agree with Michael Stahl that Office-4024 isn't ready or easy to 
resolve, it maybe a serious error in our conformance clauses that really 
needs to be addressed before ODF 1.4 progresses.

I welcome any and all suggestions, rejoinders, proposals that anyone 
cares to contribute. It's entirely possible that I may venture some text 
as a starting point either later today or early tomorrow.
