Notes from the ODF TC teleconference are below.

Be especially careful over the next 3 weeks. News on the medical front 
is not promising.

*patrick:*  Proposal: Accept Regina's language from last meeting, create new issue for different namespaces in individual attributes - sub-issues for individual attributes
