The notes from the ODF TC teleconference on September 12, 2022 follow below.

*Patrick:*  Alfred - it's instruction for implementers - not a note

*Patrick:*  isna and istext are missing from the list in 4113

*Patrick:*  Set aside resolution of 4001 and add new proposal from Francis and Francis to prepare a proposal for 4113 - with the new language

*Patrick:*  Andreas - a fix is needed - first sentence is wrong, should be the first non-deleted row

*Patrick:*  Implementation conflicts? if we fix it?

*Patrick:*  Michael called a half-open range -

*Patrick:*  Andreas - exclusive isn't the problem, the sentence before says the opposite -

*Patrick:*  Regina - don't know how to use such an element in LibreOffice

*Patrick:*  Andreas - could only be used with tracked changes

*Patrick:*  Andreas - we could just delete the last sentence and leave the first one.

*Patrick:*  Francis - likes Andreas' suggestion

*Patrick:*  Regina - there's a larger issue in how lo does it. Needs investigation

*Patrick:*  Andreas - table:start-position is weird - second sentence

*Michael Stahl:*  19.697  tableosition: If multiple rows or columns get deleted, the table:start-position 19.725 and table:end-position 19.635 attributes contain the number of the first (inclusive) and last (exclusive) deleted rows or columns.

*Patrick:*  Andreas - not as trivia as thought, we all do that!

*Patrick:*  Regina - change label to change tracking - needs to be fixed there

*Patrick:*  Francis - fix with change tracking

*Patrick:*  component has been changed to change tracking, set to ODF-Later

*Patrick:*  Regina - Push a new draft with all the things changed - Patrick - yes
