Notes from the ODF TC teleconference on 7 Nov. 2022 are below.

*Patrick:*  It is implementation-defined whether the rotation angle is specified in radians or in degrees. To encourage interoperability with known existing implementations, it is strongly recommended that the rotation angle be in radians.

*Regina Henschel:*  We know 11 applications that use radians, we know no application that uses degree.

*Regina Henschel:*  If the draw:handle-polar attribute is set, then a handle is a polar handle and the first parameter of the draw:handle-position attribute specifies the angle (as defined in 18.3.1), the handle radius is specified by the second parameter.

*Patrick:*  Regina - need to make a list of applications that interpret draw:handle-polar

*Patrick:*  Michael - did that a year ago - just not in spreadsheet form

*Patrick:*  "If the draw:handle-polar attribute is set, then a handle is a polar handle and the first parameter of the draw:handle-position attribute specifies the the handle radius, angle (as defined in 18.3.1) is specified by the second parameter."

*Patrick:*  turn it into proper separate attribues - names that are descriptive. less likely to mess this up

*Regina Henschel:*  You mean draw:handle-polar-angle, draw:handle-polar-centerX, draw:handle-polar-centerY ?

*Patrick:*  Andreas - deprecate the old ones

*Patrick:*  Regina will write up a proposal for next week.
